A Licensed Professional Here to Guide You: Mia Gordon

I am a compassionate and dedicated mental health counselor with 12+ years of experience helping individuals navigate the complexities of life, from managing anxiety and depression to adapting to major life changes. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions, develop coping skills, and work toward lasting mental well-being.
My approach is client-centered and integrative, combining evidence-based techniques including by not limited to Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other skills-based therapies to tailor treatment to each individual’s unique needs. I am passionate about empowering clients to gain insight into their challenges, build resilience, and make positive changes in their lives. Whether you are struggling with stress, relationship issues, or adjusting to a new chapter, I am here to support you through every step of your healing journey.
I work primarily with mood-disorders (Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar, etc), eating disorders, couple’s therapy, trauma, life changes and transitions. I am LGBTQ+ friendly.
Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy spending time with my dogs, reading, and enjoying art. I am deeply committed to ongoing professional development to ensure I provide the highest standard of care.
If you’re ready to take the first step toward feeling better, I invite you to reach out and schedule a consultation. Together, we can work toward a healthier, more balanced you.
